New Project: Impressionistic Oil Painting of Mother and Child

Ive been working on this oil painting of mother and child for sometime now, just thought I would share it with you. The client requested a picture of his wife and daughter walking down a pathway...only, he doesn't really want it to look like them. He wants it more impressionistic, and really just the suggested idea of them. I am enjoying working outside my comfort zone. Still many adjustments to make. Ill keep you posted as this project unfolds:)
