Philip Myrick's Opening Night

We had a big gallery event this past Friday welcoming artist, Philip Myrick to the Studio. Philip does some really great art pieces using old film reels thttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifo portray movies stars and broken http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifmusic records to portray musicians. I think its such an original idea. He also does many mixed media pieces involving found objects and then paints them with appealing color palettes.
