Albert Handell Mentorship Program: Day Two Morning
On the Second Day we painted on the side of the road in Taos. I wore capri pants and got the most hilarious sunburn:) Lesson = wear pants. But this day, I learned a very valuable art lesson too. I am a portrait artist. So, when I am painting en plein air I need to paint portraits of objects. Ex: part of a barn. I was getting so overwhelmed by the grand beauty surrounding me from every single angle. Albert told me to zoom in and paint a tiny portrait of something. Soo helpful!
