Albert Handell Mentorship Program: Day Two Afternoon

After painting the entire morning, I was really tired and having trouble figuring out what to paint. We went to the John Dunn Bridge in Taos, NM.  If you've ever been there, you know its incredible! Too much stuff to wrap my brain around to paint.  So, I decided to leave for the day. On my way back to the hotel, I found Albert on the side of the road. I pulled over my car, jumped out and asked him what he had decided to paint. He said "Rocks of Course!"  and he welcomed me to come paint by his side. How could I resist?!?  So, I unpacked my easel and painted the rest of the afternoon.  Its hilarious how abstract my paintings became this trip, but I like it!
